Our Mission

The Childhood Ovarian Cancer Association is a non profit organization committed to bringing families and health care providers together for support, information, and research on childhood ovarian cancers. These cancers are rare, and until recently, minimal resources were available for families and health care providers. COVCA’s Business Plan provides an overview of the organization.

GOALS

To provide a forum on childhood ovarian cancers for providers, patients and their families; to obtain current information for education and clinical trials; to advance research in childhood ovarian cancers.

EDUCATION

Childhood Ovarian Cancer Association website provides basic, as well as complex education on childhood ovarian cancers.

RESEARCH

As with all cancers, a cure can be found with research. Childhood Ovarian Cancer Association is dedicated to raising money for research on the causes, treatments, and cures of childhood ovarian cancers.

Connecting families to families:
Making connections with other families for support is also important.
